Are your products suitable for all pets?

  2. Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, excluding only a few remote areas (some parts of Asia and other remote locations). All orders ship from our Milwaukee headquarters to ensure quality control.
What if my package is delayed?

Are there any additional fees for international orders?
Your order total includes the product price and shipping fee (unless you qualify for free shipping). Why is the price different in my cart than on the product page?
Product prices are shown exclusive of shipping costs. The cart will show the total including shipping unless you’ve qualified for free shipping (orders over $50). Also, make sure you’re viewing prices in your preferred currency.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Hassle-Free Return Policy: Not completely satisfied? We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Because we know pets can be picky too!
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Some restrictions apply (see below). To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Opened food or treats
  • Used grooming tools
  • Chewed toys or bones
  • Personalized items
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
