Directions:
Step 1: Place E-collar around dog’s neck. Align toggle spine with hole son inner layer of E-collar. Insert bar vertically into hole and turn knob to secure. Step 2: Attach E-collar to regular collar with string to ensure it is securely fastened to the dog’s neck. Step 3: Use the multi-row hole positions to help adjust neck sizing as needed.
